Standing in the middle of an empty grassy field, my father, Pastor George DeTellis, knew one day a high school and church would occupy this land in Signeau, Haiti.

We began to minister at this new campus location under a humble evangelism tent in 1987. With wooden benches and a portable generator, the Gospel message began to be heard through song and preaching. First, we proclaimed the Gospel and established a church. Then, we built an elementary school, a high school, and eventually a Bible college on the Signeau land.

Our ministry in Signeau began under an evangelism tent in 1987.

Where are the future leaders? Thankfully, they are already serving today. In our churches and schools our young people are now pastors, teachers, and worship leaders. Plus, youth groups at our churches are being led by our own graduates raising the next generation of Christian leaders. This campus in Signeau, Haiti, is where these future leaders are being educated and trained through our Bible college.

Graduates of our Bible college in Signeau, Haiti, represent new leaders on the rise.

The roofs on both our high school and Bible college buildings need to be replaced.

It’s time to replace the entire roof and trusses on both of our high school classroom buildings. These classrooms are also used for our Bible college. Thankfully, our Haitian construction team can accomplish this project. You can give online at newmissions.org/projects and your donation of any amount will help us make this project possible to equip and empower the next generation. ~Tim DeTellis
