Construction Continues

Construction continues in Haiti. We recently completed two construction projects.
First, a perimeter wall was built at our Neply school and church property. This was a year-long project and the wall was greatly needed. Second, the Masson church roof was completed. Both of these projects turned out amazing.
Benice is a mason on our construction team. He lives in Lassale, Haiti, where we have a church and school.
We have also started the roof work at our high school. Additional truss plate hardware will be sent to Haiti on a container. I expect this project to take one year. We have two large u-shaped classroom buildings. There will be other upgrades done to the buildings and grounds at the high school site. As Ecclesiastes 9:10 reminds us, “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.”
Our carpenters cut and assemble trusses at our warehouse for the building of church and school roofs.
Our church in Masson, Haiti, received a new roof including trusses entirely built by our carpenters.
The high school roofs desperately need to be replaced. This land was purchased in 1986, and construction began for the high school soon thereafter. The schools and churches we have in Haiti affect the lives of thousands of Haitian children. Since the majority of Haitian children will never have the chance to attend high school, students are proud to be able to attend our school. The students will be ecstatic to see the new renovations. There are currently 519 enrolled in our high school. Thank you for your prayers and investment in the lives of these Haitian children. ~Charlie DeTellis
