Many of our students come from non-Christian homes, so the only place they hear about Jesus is at school.
Brian Dordolo started studying at New Life School when he was a child. When he reached his teenage years, he made a decision to follow God. He joined our Leaders for Christ group and continued to grow in his walk with Jesus.
Leaders for Christ student Elanda Jean and Brian participated in the annual student leadership mission trip.
His Christian walk has not been without complications. During his final year of high school, Brian started to rebel—swayed by the influence of peers who did not share his Christian beliefs. Thankfully, God, his Christian friends, and teachers did not give up on him and he returned to God’s way. After graduating high school, Brian initially thought about attending a college far away. However, following considerable prayer and advice from our youth leaders, he chose to study nearer to home—concerned he would not be able to find a Christian community and would stray from God. He says that accepting Christ is the best decision he has ever made. Please pray for Brian as he continues studying and that God would use him to reach others for Christ. ~Heather Williams Katz
