Mission teams visiting New Missions in Sosua, Dominican Republic, play a crucial role in bringing joy, encouragement, and spiritual growth to the students we serve.

Each year, teams from across the U.S. arrive with open hearts, ready to build relationships and make a lasting impact in our school communities.

River of Life Church, Iota, La., connects with students sharing faith and encouragement through hands-on mission service.

In March, teams distributed shoebox gifts to students. Carefully packed, each box is filled with thoughtful items. For many students, these gifts are not only practical, but vital reminders that they are loved and remembered by someone far away.

Jeff Lawrence, president of Foundation Academy in Winter Garden, Fla., delivered a sponsor’s shoebox.

Beyond gift distribution, mission teams actively engage in the classrooms. They lead Bible lessons that share messages of hope, faith, and God’s love in ways that are interactive and easy to understand.

These visits go far beyond a single moment of giving. They create lasting memories, strengthen faith, and build bridges between cultures. We are grateful for the support these groups bring to the ministry.

Students participate in sharing ideas and answering questions about responsibility, character, and being a good citizen.

You heard it here first! Be a part of our first Sponsor Trip, September 30 through October 5, 2027.
