I want to give God thanks because I remember so many times when He has provided for our mission.

“I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonderful deeds.” Psalm 9:1

Join us in building a cafeteria for our Bombita, Dominican Republic, church and school campus.

Solar electricity runs our Haiti office, and now we want to set up a similar system at our medical clinic in Bire, Haiti.

In January 2023, New Missions will celebrate our 40th anniversary! When the mission began, we did not own a generator or a truck. We started with five tents and camped out on five acres of land on the ocean in Neply, Bordmer, Haiti. Piece by piece we began to build one block at a time. I remember just the idea of a new wheelbarrow was a big deal. Today, I don’t take for granted running water or even electricity because I remember not having either.

Moms matter and providing prenatal and postnatal care is vital for healthy and safe pregnancies.

Fast forward 39 years, and here we are spread out across the island of Hispaniola where our churches and schools with 110 buildings now serve families representing 607 villages. Would you like to give a gift toward one of our 12 Days of Christmas projects? We have identified some special projects available for funding. From maternity and prenatal programs to chalkboards, solar power systems, and funding our Leaders in Christ mentoring program in the Dominican Republic, there’s something at various levels of need for your prayerful consideration. Learn more at newmissions.org/projects and together we will continue to give thanks for God’s provision as we serve others. ~Tim DeTellis
