How can we help pour into the next generation of leaders to become ambassadors for Christ in their schools and eventually the workplace?

We must start now by pouring Biblical principles into their lives for daily leadership.

Recently, I was asked to speak for a DNOW (Discipleship Now) weekend at LifePointe Church in Eustis, Florida. We took our new resource “Trip of a Lifetime” and made it the curriculum for the weekend. This five-part study encouraged the students to live life on mission right where they are and wherever they go.

Students from the DNOW weekend served together and helped pack shoebox gifts for Haiti.

One of the lessons during the “Trip of a Lifetime” is to discover something new. I decided to bring my accordion and invite the students to try and play it. Often on a mission trip, you go somewhere new and learn something you did not know. The unfamiliar sound of the accordion reminds us to listen and learn daily.

Thank you LifePointe Church for inviting and empowering your students to live life on mission.

Our vision at New Missions is to raise a generation of Christian leaders. We also want to come alongside you, your church, and your family to live life on mission…right where you are. ~Tim DeTellis
