Young Leaders for Christ

Nine years ago, we launched a Christian student leadership group (Leaders for Christ) for high school students; we have seen God use this program to help many youth grow in their walk with Him.
Last summer, we felt called to expand this mission by creating a pre-leadership group specifically for seventh and eighth graders.
Our pre-leadership class is a place where students learn more about God and life.
With slightly more relaxed requirements than our leadership program, this group is open to all students—whether they are currently walking with Christ or simply want to learn more. Ten students applied to join this group–finding a safe and accepting space to ask deep questions. As one student, Anika Alzi Alcantara, shares: “It’s truly incredible how the group makes you feel like you belong...it is a place where you want to be.”
Our deepest prayer is that every student in this group encounters God personally. We pray that all of the students in this group find Him here and eventually transition into our high school leadership program.
