Women of Faith

Last November, we took some of our female staff on a four-day retreat in the mountains.

This was our fourth year hosting these retreats, and they continue to be a tremendous blessing to the women who attend. We planned the retreat to follow a six-week Bible study, creating a meaningful way to bring the study to a close. Our theme was “Letting Go.” Throughout the retreat we talked about the things we tend to hold on to that can keep us from fully experiencing a relationship with God. At the end of our time together, we invited each woman to make a personal commitment to release one specific thing the Lord had placed on her heart.

We believe that sharing the Gospel with our students and staff is the most important work we do. We long to see them grow in their walk with Christ, and we’ve created more opportunities than ever for them to learn and engage with Scripture. As we invest in the spiritual growth of our teachers, we see the impact flow directly into their classrooms as well.
