Come and Go with Me to my Father’s House is a favorite worship song in kids’ worship services.

It is a song about going to my Father’s house where there is joy, joy, joy! This sums up the experience our churches are sharing as they worship together.

Samuel Delva and Richamar Paul lead the kids’ worship time at our church in Léogâne, Haiti.

Through our church campuses on Sunday mornings, we hear the sounds of worship led by musicians and singers both young and old. The sound systems are turned up and people are standing and clapping. The Haitian worship expression is truly passionate and meaningful. The kids’ service at our Leogane-Guillaume church in downtown Léogâne, Haiti, has a worship time led by two boys, Samuel Delva and Richamar Paul.

Worship is about honoring our heavenly Father for who He is and all that He has done. Typically, most worship services have musicians including drums, guitar, and keyboard. As you can imagine, the energy and excitement of worship overseas is contagious.

All of our churches invest in the lives of kids and foster an environment for worship. Kids attending church together are growing closer to God and worshiping together.

“Then we Your people, the sheep of Your pasture, will praise You forever; from generation to generation we will proclaim Your praise.” (Psalm 79:13) Hearing and seeing the worship taking place is a taste of heaven on earth. Wherever you go to worship and as you sing, remember others in Haiti and the Dominican Republic are worshiping together with you. ~Tim DeTellis
